Konijn met kriek recept

Konijn met kriek
Ingrediënten
• een konijn met de lever erbij
• 2 uien
• 3 knoflook teentjes
• boter
• zout
• peper
• laurier
• wortels
• rode azijn (mag ook gewone zijn)
• gerookte spek (blokjes)
• kriekenbier (3/4 liter)
• peterselie
• krielaardappeltjes
• bruine suiker
Bereidingswijze van Konijn met kriek
Rasp de wortels in de keukenrobot en maal de spek ook fijn in de keukenrobot. (wortels moeten wel goed in kleine stukjes zijn). Doe een flinke klont boter in een grote braadpan en braad de konijn stukken mooi bruin (leg apart). Braad dan de gemalen spek in de zelfde pan en voeg er dan de gesnipperde ajuin aan toe. Als die mooi gaar gebraad zijn, voeg je de konijn stukken bij in de pan met de lever en voeg de geraspte wortels aan toe en overgiet dit met een scheut azijn. Doe vervolgens een laurierblad aan toe en de knoflook en overgiet het geheel met halve liter kriekenbier. Voeg er dan 2 grote soeplepels bruine suiker aan toe en laat dit dan op een klein vuurtje gaar worden.

tip: wees zuinig met zout als je gerookte spek gebruikt want dan kan je gerecht te zout worden. het is mogelijk dat je kookvocht opgekookt raakt. Voeg er dan scheutsgewijs de kriek bij. Terwijl je konijn opstaat, was je uw krielaardappeltjes onder de kraan zodat er geen zand meer aanhangt. Neem vervolgens een andere pan en doe een klont boter in en leg nu de krielaardappeltjes met schil in één laag in de pan (niet op elkaar maar naast elkaar) en zet het deksel op de pan tot ze gaar zijn. Na een tiental minuten de aardappeltjes eens omdraaien). Nadat je konijn klaar is, mag je de lever verwijderen en hoef je de saus niet aan te dikken. Dien het konijn op en schik de in boter gaargemaakte krielaardappeltjes en overstrooi de aardappeltjes met vers gemalen peterselie.
Eet smakelijk.

It is a lovely idea. You send your photo to www.post.be/mystamp and they charge 15,95 € for the first 15 stamps, 10,95 € for the subsequent strips.
